It is important to note that, on a federal level, Canada accepts spousal and common-law applicants regardless of sexual orientation. This means that same sex couples who meet the basic requirements for sponsorship may apply. Contact IZC today to see if you qualify for same sex (common-law partners or conjugal partner relationship).

Province of Quebec also has a Family Class / Spousal sponsorship for residents of Quebec to bring their families together.

Family / Spousal Sponsorship through Provincial Nominee Programs
In addition to the federal sponsorship program, there are provincial nominee programs in the provinces of Alberta, Manitoba, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Saskatchewan. These sponsorship programs are very similar to the federal family class sponsorship program but each province has its own unique set of requirements. Contact Immigration Zone Canada today to find out if you qualify for spousal  sponsorship (including same sex couples immigration to Canada), family sponsorship on either a federal or provincial level.
